- In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. - Place the chicken strips, sliced onions, and bell peppers into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. - Transfer the seasoned chicken and vegetable mixture into the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350F for 16 to 20 minutes. It is important to remove the basket and toss the ingredients halfway through the cooking time (at about the 9-minute mark) to ensure even browning.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately in warm tortillas with your favorite garnishes.
Notes
Try to cut your chicken strips and vegetables into similar sizes so they all finish cooking at the same time. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
