- Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth. Adjust the sriracha to your desired level of spiciness.
- Combine Shrimp and Sauce: Once the shrimp are cooked, transfer them to a bowl and pour the bang bang sauce over them. Gently toss to coat evenly.
- Warm the Tortillas: Warm the tortillas in a microwave, dry skillet, or oven according to package directions.
- Assemble the Tacos: Fill each warm tortilla with a layer of shredded cabbage or slaw mix, followed by the saucy bang bang shrimp.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the tacos and serve immediately with lime wedges.
Notes
